Does anybody who is a published children's author know of any good publishing companies?

I am an unpublished author and I want to know of any publishing companies that publish new author's books and that don't take advantage of new authors. Also I want to know of publishing companies that publish children's and young adult books. Does anybody who is a published children's author know of any good publishing companies?
