I was wondering if they're were any book publishing companies that didn't require you to be above the age of 18 or needed a parents approval/consultant in order to publish.Are they're any publishing companies for kids under the age of 18?
Publishers don't care how old you are; they care if you've written something they can sell. They also care about legalities, and one of those legalities is having adults sign contracts. There are no publishing companies which _do_ require you to be over the age of 18. There aren't age categories in publishing. They don't care how old you are.

Not specifically, no. Since publishers won't make any allowances for you if you're under 18, you're expected to compete with adults when it comes to getting your book published, there are no companies that are for under-18s. Plus, since you have to be an adult to sign any sort of contract, such a company couldn't exist. The law doesn't make exceptions like that.
