google Preditors %26amp; Editors. They have a listing of publishers, including recommendations and warnings. there are many scams that target poets. P%26amp;E also has lists of magazines and agents.
Individual poems can be submitted to magazines and anthologies that accept them. Duotrope has a searchable database where you can get submission guidelines. Double check any magazine or anthology publisher with P%26amp;E.
Books of poetry by unknown authors are difficult to sell. Few agents are interested in poetry. Agentquery.com is a good resource for finding agents. Again, double check with P%26amp;E.
You should consider joining a reputable writing group (one that is NOT a marketing tool for a self publisher) - I like absolutewrite.com/forum (the watercooler). They have a poetry subforum where you can likely get additional information on markets open to poems.Poetry Publishing Companies?
Yoohoo! Is your book of poetry ready? I have not heard of poetry publishing companies - for now - because publishers publish mostly EVERYTHING. :) Isn't that good news? The only thing publishers might hesitate to work on is hate literature or pornography.

There aren't any companies that publish individual poetry specifically. If you have a book of poetry you're going to need to find an agent who specializes in poetry. Writers Market can help you with that. They in turn will help you find a suitable publisher.
If you have single pieces of poetry then you need to look up magazines that publish poetry. Hopefully someone will really like it and anthologize it for you. You can also enter them in contest to get them out there.
