Well, all trade publishers will publish "for free." In fact, they should be paying you, not the other way around, so run away from any publisher asking for $$. Most publishers will offer an advance against royalties, but some smaller presses only offer royalties and nothing up front.
The thing is, it's hard to get published, so be prepared for a lot of hard work and a lot of waiting.
Go to your closest bookstore and check out books similar to yours. Write down who published them, then go to their website and check out their submission guidelines. If they don't take unsolicited submissions, you'll need an agent.
Also go to your library and check out the latest Writers Market. It should contain information on publishers and how to submit. If you want to start with finding an agent to represent your book, check out agentquery.com.
But keep in mind that you should have revised your book and received feedback from others to make it the best it can possibly be (and even then, you may end up with nothing but a pile of rejections-- so start working on your next book).Are their any good Publishing companies, which I can publish my book for free?
Without self-publishing, you need to get accepted based on the merit of your book. Search the web for the Writer's Market for the particular genre of your book, then send the manuscript to the publishers, one by one, the same way they did it 30 years ago. Keep trying; even J.K. Rowling was rejected the first time. If you're looking for feedback on your writing, maybe try joining a writer's group?
If you want to web publish, there are places that will take your text free, but it they generally don't compensate you. You could also publish to Kindle or a similar e-book reader, but the market will be small and sales low, as an unknown.
