I'm not going to be a ton of help here, but I know there are a few magazines who publish soley teen work, they're like monthly, and i cna't remember the name of them, but there are lots of magazines like that. if you're talking novel, you could try where-ever, but if you're into writing definitely enter something in a magazine for teens cuz that looks great on applications to any where, even if you dont get in!

Does anyone know of any teen publishing companies that would be willing to look or at or publish anyof my work?
I don't know of any specifically geared towards teens except for 'vanity' publishers like Lulu. That's not useful for you; if you want your work published and recognized, you need to submit it to publishing companies. It probably won't help you if you tell them how old you are. Some top authors had to go through dozens of companies before they got their first book published, so be patient.Does anyone know of any teen publishing companies that would be willing to look or at or publish anyof my work?
