I have finished a 90 paged story and have submitted it to a Publishing company, I got accepted but then they cancelled my submission when they found out my age. So I am wondering if there are any companies that are more directed towards teen writers. All companies accept ones that you have to PAY to get published. I just need a company that will publish my story into a book. Are there any Teen Book Publishing companies?
Pick up a teen book. See who publishes this. Do this for at least ten books. There's your answer. You know now a couple different teen book publishers. See how easy that was?
As far as age? No one cares. Tell them your age and they'll laugh at you. They don't care how old you are. They just care about how good you write and how sellable it is.
They probably cancelled your submission because it's a vanity press/self-publisher and you, as a teen, probably don't have the money to pay to have your books published, plus they'd have to go through the hassle of having your parents sign a contract. If self-publishing is what you want then have your parents contact them.
A legit publisher won't turn you down because of your age. It will turn you down because of your poor writing ability. And, lets be honest, most teens can't write at the level needed for publishing, so consider that you might need to take a few years and hone your writing skills before you have something that's ready for prime time. There are teen exceptions, but they are Exceptions, not the norm. Not trying to rain on your parade, but this is something to consider because many of the scams agents and vanity presses are very quick to accept your book and if it seems too good to be true then it is. You have to watch out for your own well-being and this requires you to do your own research, else you and your parents will be the next victims of some scam.
This is a good time to do your own research into publishing. There are many writers websites, forums, magazines, and books on publishing and writing novels. Read them. Visit your favorite authors' websites because they might even give you writing/publishing advice.
Good luck with your book. Are there any Teen Book Publishing companies?
you need an literature agent. With his help, you might be able to sell your script to that publishing company again. Search for more yahoo questions about publishing books. I once found many yahoo questions like yours, and most of them were answered well.

Find out who published some teen-authored books. If that doesn't work, lie about your age.
