I think you need to realize that very few people make any money out of self-publishing. Having said that, I'll also say there have been some notable exceptions. If you self-publish, I hope you make a mint.The latest edition of Writer's Market will give you an extensive list of traditional publishers. They usually advise you to be wary of self publishers.
