Publishing companies for non americans?

it seems like all the really good publishing companies only publish works from american writers, I've written a book and I would like to get it published from a well known publishing company that supports non american writer

also can you tell me what are the procedures of most publishing companies

finally where can i find a good editor for my bookPublishing companies for non americans?
Irrespective of where you are from, you have to follow the same procedure as an American would. It's not a matter of "supporting foreigners" it's a matter of if the publisher thinks that what you are offering them will actually sell in the market here in the USA and other English speaking countries. If what you have to offer has appeal, from the perspective of those publishers, you will be contracted. This is all a business and no one does anything out of the kindness of their hearts so don't expect "support" from a big publisher because you are not bound to get any unless you are actually contracted, and that only because you will then have the potential to make them money.

Get a copy of the Writer's Market 2008 and go from there.
